We only review the best online casinos on the internet

Why? Because you haven't got time in your lives to bother with rubbish.

It's the way of the world these days. We've become impatient beings, we want everything instantaneously, we only want to do things that are worthwhile.

We don't want you to mess about browsing rubbish casinos, playing with shit games, and flicking through a clutter of shit bonuses. Other casino comparison websites may offer more casinos, but none will offer both the quality and quantity that we do.

The casinos that we offer have to fit a strict criteria.

Safety first

Of course, they must be safe, that¡¯s a given. Anything that¡¯s not won¡¯t get through the door, so therefore all the casinos featured on our site are licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and offer the latest security and encryption technologies. If a casino loses its UK license, it¡¯s coming straight off. No questions asked.

Then we go for the stuff that¡¯s a bit more subjective, the stuff that other casino comparison websites wouldn¡¯t be all that fussed about: we¡¯re talking casino bonuses, customer support, games, user experience. Of course, other sites aggregate on these metrics, or at least they say they do, but if a top online casino isn¡¯t offering value in these areas, we¡¯re not featuring them.

Like we said, we don¡¯t want you wasting your time, plus we don¡¯t want you depositing your hard-earned cash into a casino which quite frankly isn¡¯t up to standard.

Bonuses

Bonuses are massively important in the online casino world. But we don¡¯t want you diving headfirst into something that isn¡¯t right. We¡¯ve seen some seemingly magnificent welcome bonuses on the internet down the years, but once you read the small print they¡¯re anything but magnificent. In fact, they¡¯re absolutely terrible.

And that¡¯s almost always down to the wager requirements. These days more and more, and usually the best online casinos, are offering bonuses with no wager requirements meaning that the offer that they advertise is indeed the offer that you will get. Whereas at a casino that has wager requirements, you could be made to wager your initial deposit by up to 100x before you can withdraw.

Rest easy though, because we don¡¯t house anything like that on CasinoCircle. Every bonus has been vetted for best practice. Sure we offer casinos with wager requirements, but none of them are extremely bad.

Only interested in no wagering casinos? Well we have a page for that, don¡¯t worry! And a new Wager Free Spins site too.

Customer Support

Something that¡¯s criminally overlooked is the customer support offered up by online casinos.

When you¡¯re struggling online, there¡¯s nothing more annoying than not getting an answer to your question quickly and efficiently. You want to speak to someone, and you want to speak to them now.

So, as you will discover when browsing our site, every casino we feature offers customer support for over 15 hours of the day via telephone or at least live chat meaning you will get an answer to your query right away.

We have a lot of casinos offering 24/7 customer support via phone and live chat too, including the likes of Spinit and Betfair, which is just outstanding, really.

Games

Obviously, this is a big one. You don¡¯t want to be joining a casino which has less than 100 games of which they are all crap.

However, 100 games with them all being quality, well then that is good. 888 for example is a magnificent casino, yet it only offers a 100 or so slot games which to many might not be impressive, but when you actually flick through the library, you will be suitably impressed. Then you¡¯ve got the likes of SlotsMillion who are offering over 1,000 slots.

There¡¯s a lot of variety in this field, but again, be assured that every casino featured on our site has a very excellent selection of games.

User Experience

This is another biggie. There¡¯s nothing worse than going on any website and having a nightmare trying to navigate around the place. You want easy transitions and you want speedy loading times. PlayOjo, for example, excel in this field.

You always want an aesthetically pleasing site too. Sure it¡¯s not the be all and end all, but you don¡¯t want it to feel tired or grim. A beautiful site triggers those endorphins in your mind and makes you feel good about your gaming experience. Prospect Hall is one that nails this brilliantly.

But rest assured, just like everything else on our site, we¡¯ve done our best to separate the wheat from the chaff, the frauds from the legitimates.

No casino has made it through our net yet. There¡¯s no contamination over at CasinoCircle HQ, that¡¯s for sure.

So enough of the blabbering and the chat. It¡¯s time you to get playing on the internet¡¯s best online casinos!

Bankroll Management When Playing Casino Games - Casino Circle

Bankroll Management When Playing Casino Games

July 11, 2019

Written by:

Playing casino games can be a lot of fun, especially if you stay within your limits and make your betting dollars last longer.

Bankroll management is a concept that is mostly used by poker pros, but also applies for recreational players and casino games. The idea is simple enough – by better managing your money you will mitigate the risk of serious loss.

What Is Bankroll Management?

Your bankroll is the amount of money that you have set aside to play with. If you are a serious, long term player, then you may have a bankroll that is set aside for months or years of play. For a recreational player, it could be as simple as taking out a few dollars to play with, and sticking to it.

In any case, your bankroll is separate to all other everyday finances. By keeping it separate, you don’t risk losing money that could affect other aspects of life.

Bankroll management then, refers to the conditions you set for how you will manage this money while playing. These conditions include the stakes that you will play at, so that you only risk a small percentage of your bankroll for any single bet.

Setting betting limits, loss limits, and goals for walking away beforehand, means that you stick to a logical plan based on lowering risk, or playing for longer.

Understanding Your Goals

Ultimately, you will set your own conditions, but there are guidelines to follow. Poker professionals tend to follow strict rules on bankroll management. They may make sure they have at least 100 – 200 buy-ins, depending on the format of the game. So, if the buy-in is $2, then a pro may want at least $200 – $400 to play those games.

This means that they are more likely to ride out a losing streak or a patch of bad variance. They can afford to lose a lot of games before their bankroll is in danger. Compare this to betting the full bankroll on a single game. One loss and it’s all over. For a professional, this could be a career ending mistake.

Recreational players don’t really have the same dilemma, but they can still follow the same principle to regulate their own gaming and get more enjoyment from the casino.

Consider a recreational roulette player with a $100 bankroll for the weekend. If they place the full $100 on a single spin, they could lose it all and have to leave, or else risk spending more. If they place no more than 5% of this on the table for any one spin, say $5 a spin, then they have 20 spins. Lower it to 2.5% and they have 40 spins. They may win small amounts during this time, and earn more spins.

Whereas for a professional poker player bankroll management is an absolute necessity, for a recreational player it’s more about limiting losses and playing in a steady and fun way.

Remember, bankroll management allows for you to move up or down in stakes depending on whether you win or lose. So, if you lose 20 games in a row, you might want to move down in stakes so that you are once again risking a lower percentage of your bankroll, and vice-versa.

Betting Smart To Conserve Bankroll

Important to bankroll management, especially if you are playing a game that is at least partly skill-based such as blackjack and poker, is the idea of betting smart. You basically want to find the best odds and bet on them, avoiding bets that will damage your chances and ruin your bankroll.

Superstition is common around the world, whether it’s throwing salt over your head or believing that certain numbers will bring you fortune. Superstitions give us fun hints about culture, but they have no place at the casino tables. For example, you don’t want to bet all your bankroll on a certain ‘favourite’ number or hand.

Always be aware of the house edge for games. For example, slot machines may have a 90% RTP (return-to-player) or a 99% RTP. Which one would you rather play? Games like Keno have a huge house edge, while the edge in Blackjack can be reduced to a tiny percentage.

Finally, always know when to walk away. Bankroll management really helps with this. Set your limits for losses for the night and stick to them no matter what. It can also help to decide on an amount that you would happily walk away with if you win, so that you sometimes leave up. If you’re intoxicated or tired, go home!

Bankroll management and proper betting strategies can help you to maximize your enjoyment of the casino, while negating the risk of a serious loss.
